Surface Preparation

Our surface preparation services include diamond grinding, shot blasting, scarifying, fine milling, sand blasting, and pressure washing. We even provide small to large masonry repairs when needed to stabilize your surface for long-term durability. 

Self-Leveling Epoxy Coating Systems 

Self-leveling epoxy floors create a smooth, durable surface that’s easy to clean. At roughly 40 mils thick, this epoxy goes down on well-prepared concrete and leaves your floor with a flawless finish.

• Retail Spaces and Showrooms: Providing a surface that is tough but still looks visually appealing.. 

• Garages and Workshops: With optional broadcast aggregates for slip resistance and increased safety. 

Mortars and Slurries 

Slurry and mortar systems are great for floors with significant wear or structural imperfections. These coatings can be formulated with epoxy or urethane bases that each provide unique benefits. 

• Slurry Systems: Slurries have a thinner consistency and are suitable for covering small cracks and imperfections. They create a seamless and durable surface. 

• Mortar Systems: Mortars are ideal for floors requiring structural reinforcement. They have a thicker composition with a high aggregate-to-resin ratio. This system is perfect for heavily damaged concrete. It’s often applied using a screed box for even distribution. 

Concrete Polishing 

Concrete polishing is a versatile option that adds a high-gloss or functional low-grit finish to existing concrete floors. This solution not only improves the floor’s aesthetics but also meets OSHA standards with advanced dust control methods for a safe, clean application.

Chip (Flake) Systems 

Chip systems add color and texture to epoxy floors. This makes them an attractive option for areas where aesthetics are important. These systems incorporate multi-colored paint chips in a wet epoxy base layer. This is then followed by a clear topcoat for added protection.

Quartz Floors 

Quartz flooring systems combine the strength of epoxy with the durability and looks of colored quartz aggregates. This system provides excellent abrasion resistance.
